Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

 Ingredients 

Dairy White Butter  -  ¾ cup
Peanut Butter  - ¾ cup
Egg  - 1
Flour  -  1 cup
Castor Sugar  -  ¼ cup
Brown Sugar  -  ¾ cup
Chocolate Chips  -  1 cup
Baking Soda  -  ¾ tsp
Vanilla Essence  -  1 tsp



Method:
  1. Beat butter well, and then add brown and castor sugar together, vanilla essence and egg. Mix well.
  2. Now add the peanut butter and beat well again.
  3. Sieve flour and baking soda together and add it to the mixture along with the chocolate chips.
  4. Knead with hand to make a firm dough, but not too hard. If it seems a little soft then put in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  5. Make cookies by putting 1 tblsp of batter evenly on an ungreased baking tray, with a distance of 2 inch.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 -190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, till golden. Leave to cool for 20 minutes and then enjoy!! Makes approx. 2 dozen.
