Ingredients
Dairy White Butter - ¾ cup
Peanut Butter - ¾ cup
Egg - 1
Flour - 1 cup
Castor Sugar - ¼ cup
Brown Sugar - ¾ cup
Chocolate Chips - 1 cup
Baking Soda - ¾ tsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp

Chocolate Chips - 1 cup
Baking Soda - ¾ tsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Method:
- Beat butter well, and then add brown and castor sugar together, vanilla essence and egg. Mix well.
- Now add the peanut butter and beat well again.
- Sieve flour and baking soda together and add it to the mixture along with the chocolate chips.
- Knead with hand to make a firm dough, but not too hard. If it seems a little soft then put in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Make cookies by putting 1 tblsp of batter evenly on an ungreased baking tray, with a distance of 2 inch.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 -190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, till golden. Leave to cool for 20 minutes and then enjoy!! Makes approx. 2 dozen.
