For Chocolate Frosting:
Butter - 4 oz
Icing sugar - 2 cups
Vanilla essence - ½ tsp
Milk - 2 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp heaped

Milk - 2 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp heaped
Method
1. Preheat the oven at 180 degree C. Grease an 8 x 8 inch baking pan and line with butter paper. 2. In a medium sauce pan melt and 2 chocolate on low flame. Then add sugar and stir.
3. Remove from heat, stir in the eggs and vanilla essence using a wooden spoon, beat lightly until just mixed.
4. Stir in sieved flour and baking powder mixture gradually. Then add the chopped walnuts.
5. Spread in prepared baking pan, bake for 30 minutes. Then let it cool.
6. For chocolate frosting, beat butter till fluffy, gradually adding in the icing sugar and cocoa powder, beat well.
7. Slowly add in ¼ cup milk and ½ tsp vanilla essence, beating until well mixed.
8. Use the frosting to ice the brownies. Decorate with grated chocolate.
